Choose between individual, team, or business accounts. Individual accounts are for solo professionals who need personal recall, solo reports, and learning logs. Team accounts add shared workspaces, handoff support, and collaboration tools for small groups. Business accounts include company workflows, reporting standards, priority processing, and administrative controls for larger organizations.
Each account type unlocks different features. Individual accounts focus on personal productivity with recall and report drafting. Team accounts add project handoff and shared memory across colleagues. Business accounts include user management, custom reporting templates, and priority AI processing.
Workflow needs shape your plan
Business and team accounts can select from specialized workflow packs: field reports for turning site visits into clean summaries, client memory for keeping account context available, team handoff for sharing notes across colleagues, compliance trail for preserving who said what, and AI reports for drafting outputs from captured memory. Individual accounts choose between personal recall, solo reports, and learning logs — with an option to describe a custom use case.
Workflow pack selection directly affects the estimated monthly price. Each pack requires specific AI processing, transcription allowance, and storage allocation. Users who select multiple packs receive a bundled rate instead of individual pack pricing.
Pricing country and team size
Cairn pricing adapts to your country using live exchange rates from the Frankfurter API. Select your country from the top-20 GDP list or choose other for USD pricing. Team and business accounts also select their estimated people range, which affects the monthly quote. All waitlist quotes include a 50% launch discount applied to the estimated base price.
Country-specific pricing ensures Cairn remains accessible globally while maintaining fair value across different markets. Exchange rates are fetched at quote time and locked for the waitlist period so your estimated price does not fluctuate with daily rate changes.
Qualification question
The final step asks what would make Cairn worth paying for in your workflow. This is the most important field on the form — it helps distinguish high-intent beta users who have a real memory problem from casual signups. Be specific about the reports, recall, or workflow improvement you need.
This answer is reviewed directly by the founder during beta access decisions. Users who describe concrete pain points and specific desired outcomes receive priority consideration over generic expressions of interest.
What happens after submission
After submitting, you will see your estimated launch pricing, can optionally post on X for additional discounts, and business accounts can request a founder chat. Your waitlist position is saved and your profile is queued for beta access review.
There is no immediate payment required. The pricing estimate is informational and helps you understand cost expectations before beta access is granted. Actual billing begins only when you activate a paid plan during or after the beta period.
