Waitlist
What kind of field work should Cairn remember for you?
Pick your field profession from clinical care, field inspection, real estate, legal, consulting, or operations — and shape Cairn around your workflow.
Choose your field profession
The Cairn waitlist starts by asking what kind of field work you do. Six profession tracks are available: clinical care for patient visits and SOAP notes, field inspection for site walkthroughs and issue reports, real estate for property tours and deal notes, legal for matter discussions and action records, consulting for discovery calls and stakeholder context, and operations for shift notes and vendor conversations. Each track helps Cairn shape the first templates and onboarding experience around your real workflow.
Profession selection determines the templates, workflow packs, and beta priorities Cairn uses for your account. Clinical users start with SOAP-compatible formats, inspectors get site observation structures, and legal professionals get matter timelines and action-item tracking from day one.
How the selection works
Pick the profession closest to your daily work. This selection determines the templates, workflow packs, and beta priorities Cairn uses for your account. If your work spans multiple areas, pick the one where memory matters most — you can describe additional workflows later in the details step.
The selection is not permanent. Beta participants can adjust their profession track during onboarding once they see how Cairn handles their initial use case. The waitlist data helps prioritize the right templates and features for the first cohort.
What happens after you select
After selecting a profession, the next step asks for your account type (individual, team, or business), workflow needs, team size, pricing country, and what would make Cairn worth paying for. Every answer helps prioritize the beta for users with urgent field memory needs.
Profiles are reviewed for founder onboarding readiness, especially team and business accounts that need custom report formats, shared workspaces, privacy configurations, or specific compliance alignment before the wider beta opens.
Beta access and pricing
Waitlist users who match the product closely receive early access invitations. Business and team accounts are eligible for founder onboarding, custom workflow support, and launch pricing of 50% off estimated monthly plans. The estimated price is calculated after you complete the full profile.
Early access is staged by profession and account type. Clinical, inspection, and legal users receive highest priority because their field memory needs are the most urgent and their workflows benefit most from organized transcripts and AI recall over saved work.
Privacy and data handling
Cairn stores core app memory locally on the device. AI queries, authentication, billing, and optional cloud sync use external encrypted services. Waitlist data is used only for beta access decisions and product prioritization.
Professional confidentiality matters for clinical, legal, and inspection work. Cairn is designed around the assumption that field transcripts contain sensitive information and should not be treated as training data or public content.
